Stackss stands out from other business solutions by being role-based and focusing on the individual user through gamer knowledge, making it fun and motivating to learn more about one’s accounting software. This means specifically that each employee (role) has their own access to the program, with their own.

Task description

  1. Create an identity and brand that reflected the client’s product and expectations
  2. Design and develop an e-learning platform that expressed an easy approach to learning more about accounting

1. Discover

Since this was a project that had been planned for some time, even before I became involved, I had access to collected customer interviews. This gave me a good overview of what the typical persona looked like for their current customers.

2. Explore

Additionally, it was important for me to form an impression of what existed in the same category in terms of e-learning platforms. Based on this, I created a S.W.O.T analysis of the different ones I found, and in this way, I took the best from the various platforms and designed the solution based on that.

3. Test

Before I went too far with the actual mockup, we went through several internal and external user tests. It was important for me to create clear, simple wireframes and to test that it worked well both for internal users and for potential candidates who could be typical new customers to the platform in terms of learning about Dynamic 365 in a more playful way.

The result

The result we arrived at was a new universe that was playful and welcoming with a flat graphic design. Alongside this task, I was also asked to develop an animation universe, which we also used consistently to create even more recognition between the platform and the marketing encountered on the various social media platforms.
